Customer advisor

The role

Do you excel when advising discerning real estate clients and building long-term relationships? Do you have outstanding real estate expertise? Do you possess pleasant and engaging interpersonal skills? We are looking for a new colleague for the St. Gallen, Appenzell, and Thurgau market area (based in St. Gallen) to assist us with the following tasks:

• Maintaining long-term client relationships and acquiring new real estate clients
• Apply your comprehensive knowledge of credit and products across your customers’ value chain to develop results-oriented solutions
• Providing customer, product, and market data to managers
• Compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and compliance rules, as well as existing internal policies and legal requirements

What we wish for

• A college degree, ideally with local or regional experience in our business areas
• Knowledge of finance and mortgages
• The ability to assess local market conditions and regulatory requirements
• Outstanding achievements
• You speak German fluently
