Customer advisor

As a customer advisor at UBS's Digital Mortgage Center (DMC), you will handle mortgage files in their entirety and ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality processing. You will support customers with their requests and actively contribute to the bank's digital progress.

As a customer advisor in the Digital Mortgage Center (DMC), you will be primarily responsible for the comprehensive processing of mortgage files from existing business (mortgage reviews, release of collateral, debt restructuring, etc.). You will ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality processing and actively contribute to the digital progress of our bank. Our systems and processes are among the most advanced in the industry – including AI-supported assistance that efficiently guides you in your daily work and gives you the freedom to focus on what matters most: quality, customer benefit, and progress.
  • You ensure that regulatory requirements are met and provide our customers with expert, service-oriented support on their journey into the digital future.

You will be part of the Remote Sales & Advisory Mortgage Center (DMC), where you will work in the office. You will support customers with their requests. What we wish for
