Customer advisor

UBS is looking for a Client Advisor (m/f/d) for the Switzerland - Mittelland office who can advise clients using the latest technologies and has a soft spot for clients' concerns. The position involves supporting and advising clients, understanding their needs and developing long-term client relationships.

The role

Core tasks

  • After a comprehensive induction period, you will provide support and advice for your own client portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
  • They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
  • You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
