• Concerns and precautions
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Developing needs-based solutions, taking into account the customer's life situation and within the scope of the segment- and customer-specific product range
• Collaboration in target group-specific market development measures, in particular contact campaigns
• Co-responsibility for ensuring smooth front office operations and co-management of cash management (filling ATMs, ordering money, etc.)
• Potential for further development in private client advisory services (PKB)
