Tasks

• You provide comprehensive advice on basic services in the areas of payment transactions / savings.
• You talk to customers about asset accumulation and optimization as well as pension provision and retirement and provide basic advice on these topics.
• You create needs-based solutions based on customer benefits and taking into account individual needs, goals, wishes and life situations.
• You efficiently accompany customers throughout their life phases and events and enable them to use digital channels/media (e-banking, Internet, etc.).
• You win additional products and volumes through a customer benefit-oriented approach and active cross-selling.

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or comparable training in the commercial sector.
• You have good conversational skills and a friendly and winning manner.
• You work together in a team with enthusiasm and an upbeat manner.
• You are characterized by independent and responsible action.
• You have a customer and sales-oriented mindset.
