Raiffeisenbank is looking for a Customer Advisor (f/m/d) in Merschwand who will be part of a 45-strong team and will be responsible for looking after customers, managing cash holdings and developing customer portfolios. Tasks
- Independent activities with the necessary freedom
- Varied work from looking after our customers at the counter to being responsible for the cash balance and cash holdings and much more.
- Comprehensive advice in the areas of payments, savings, investments and pensions
- Further development and management of the team client portfolio
- Supervision of trainees as a practical trainer
Requirements
- Completed banking training (commercial apprenticeship) or comparable training (e.g. secondary school, commercial school, etc.)
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Committed and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently and responsibly
