Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) 70–100%Our responsibilities
- You receive our comprehensive consulting services—from basic services to complex issues.
- You will build relationships with our corporate and asset management clients.
- You survey and motivate our customers to use the services we offer—as a digital expert.
- You will assist with the individual management of customer relationships.
- You will continue to expand existing customer relationships—with major financial product campaigns.
- You will provide support for internal/external marketing communication campaigns and accompany campaigns.
What are you bringing with you?
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
- Several years of experience in a bank or financial institution
- strong interest in financial products
- Excellent communication and service skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
- Flexibility, resilience, and excellent time management skills
