Tasks

• Independently conducting consultations (basic advice by nature) and developing needs-based solutions taking into account the customer's life situation
• Identifying needs and referring customers to the relevant specialist departments
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the team / customer portfolio
• Collaboration on target group-specific measures and sales campaigns

• Experience in customer service
