Tasks

Independently conducting consultations (basic advice by nature) and creating needs-based solutions taking into account the customer's life situation
Identifying needs and referring customers to the relevant specialist departments
Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the customer portfolio
Collaboration in target group-specific marketing and sales campaigns

Requirements

Experience in customer service
