Customer advisor (f/m/d)

Job description

We are looking for a customer advisor as of January 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks

• and continuous support of the personal client portfolio on the topics of payments, savings, investments and pensions
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support and referral to the relevant specialist departments
• Development opportunities - as a customer advisor, you will form the basis for your personal development in customer advisory services
• You are already taking responsibility for an expandable client portfolio in the investment business

Requirements

• You already have experience in advising on investment products and have a good understanding of how to advise clients competently and in line with their needs
• You have a strong customer focus and a high level of service orientation, which enables you to respond to the wishes and needs of our customers
• You have strong communication skills and a well-groomed appearance and demonstrate competence and reliability through your trustworthy manner
