Tasks

• Ducts of the "Pay, save/invest and provide" product ranges
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through holistic consulting and continuous support of the customer portfolio as well as cooperation in customer acquisitions and market development measures
• Co-responsibility for ensuring smooth front office operations and co-management of cash management (fulfillment of ATMs, filling of cash orders, etc.)
• Co-responsibility for the reception and support of customers in the customer advisory service (advisor bank) or on the telephone as well as ensuring the operation of the self-service machines
• Identifying needs and referring customers to the relevant specialist departments
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
