Customer Service Representative (50–60%)

Tasks

• You will assist our customers with administrative tasks and keep track of everything.
• You will work closely with our clients and assist them with the administrative management of their clients' financial needs, including financing, investments, retirement planning, and payment transactions.
• You will assist with the orientation and training of the apprentices.

Requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship or have comparable basic training.
• You are flexible in working at our client's location and interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
• You enjoy learning new things on your own and are proactive; you are reliable and demonstrate initiative and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• With your professional and confident demeanor and strong communication skills, you will provide support.
