Customer Service Representative (50–60%)

St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a customer service representative (50–60%) to assist customers with account- and product-related inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate has completed a banking apprenticeship, enjoys working with customers, and is able to work independently.

Tasks

  • You will assist our customers with all account- and product-related issues and questions.
  • You will assist your colleagues at the branch as needed.

Requirements

  • You have completed a banking apprenticeship or have comparable basic training.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and treat them with kindness and respect.
  • You enjoy working independently and with precision, are reliable, and demonstrate initiative and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
  • You impress others with your professional and confident demeanor, as well as your communication skills.
