Customer Service Representative (80–100%)

AEK BANK is seeking a customer service representative (80–100%) for its branches in the Lake District to advise customers on financing, investment, and retirement planning matters and to staff the customer service desk. The position requires a completed business apprenticeship, experience in customer service, and strong communication skills.

Job description

To support our team in the Lake Region, we are looking for a competent, dedicated, and service-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative (80–100%). The position is available as of July 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Consulting services for initial questions regarding financing, investments, and retirement planning
  • Management of the information desk and the self-service area’s equipment, including ATMs, coin and bill deposit machines, and the safe deposit box system

Requirements

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
  • Completed business training, preferably in the banking sector
  • Experience in customer service
  • Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
  • A customer- and service-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills, an open-minded attitude, and the ability to handle pressure are among my personal strengths
  • A Class B driver's license is recommended
