AEK BANK is seeking a customer service representative for its branches in the Lake Region to advise and assist customers with financing, investment, and retirement planning matters. The position is a part-time role (80–100%) and offers an annual salary of CHF 60,000 as well as attractive benefits.
Job description
To support our team in the Lake Region, we are looking for a competent, dedicated, and service-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative (80–100% FTE). The role includes:- Consulting services for initial questions regarding financing, investments, and retirement planning
- Maintenance of the self-service area's equipment, including ATMs, coin and bill deposit machines, and the safe deposit box system
What you bring with you
We are looking for someone with:- Completed business training, preferably in the banking sector
- Experience in customer service
- Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
- A customer- and service-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills, an open-minded attitude, and the ability to handle pressure are among my personal strengths
- A Class B driver's license is recommended
