Customer Service Representative (80–100%)
AEK BANK is seeking a Customer Advisor (80–100%) for its branches in the Lake Region to advise customers on financing, investment, and retirement planning matters and to manage the advisory desk and the equipment in the self-service area. The position offers a dynamic work environment, flexible hours, and attractive benefits.
Tasks
- Consulting services for initial questions regarding financing, investments, and retirement planning
- Maintenance of the self-service zone's equipment and devices, such as ATMs, coin and bill deposit machines, and the Tresoar cash handling system
Requirements
- Completed business training, preferably in the banking sector
- Experience in customer service
- Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
- A customer- and service-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills, an open-minded attitude, and the ability to handle pressure are among my personal strengths
- Driver's license (Class B) recommended
