To support our team in the See region, we are looking for a competent, dedicated, and service-oriented individual to serve as a Customer Service Representative (80–100% position).Tasks
This position offers:- Consulting services for initial questions regarding financing, investments, and retirement planning
- Maintenance of the self-service area's equipment, including ATMs, coin and bill deposit machines, and the safe deposit box system
Requirements
What you bring to the table:- Completed business training, preferably in the banking sector
- Experience in customer service
- Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
- A customer- and service-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills, an open-minded attitude, and the ability to handle pressure are among my personal strengths
- A Class B driver's license is recommended
