AEK Bank is looking for a client advisor on a 80 - 100% basis for its branches in the Lake region to advise clients on our basic products and look after the advisory desk. The position requires a completed commercial education and experience in advising customers.

Customer consultant:in basis 80 - 100%Tasks
- Comprehensive support and advice for our customers on our basic products
- Advice on initial questions relating to financing, investments and pensions
- Supervision of the advice desk and equipment in the self-service zone such as ATMs, coin and banknote deposit machines and the safe deposit box system
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
- Experience in customer service
- Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
- Customer and service-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills, open-mindedness and resilience as personal strengths
- Driving license cat. B recommended
