We are looking for a competent and committed customer advisor (80-100%) to provide comprehensive support and advice to customers in the areas of savings, payments, investments and pensions in the See region.

- Advice on initial questions relating to financing, investments and pensions
- Supervision of the advice desk and equipment in the self-service zone such as ATMs, coin and banknote deposit machines and the safe deposit box system
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
- Experience in customer service
- Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
- Customer and service-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills, open-mindedness and resilience as personal strengths
- Driving license cat. B recommended
