We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f) in Basel (80–100%). Our Treasury & Markets division offers our clients access to innovative products and services, ranging from traditional payment transactions to complex trading and financial products.Tasks
Your new job will involve:- Provide customer and business support for payment transactions, foreign exchange, investments, and financial products across all banks
- Cross-bank problem-solving in payment transactions
- Handle customer and sales support for our internal products and services
