As a Basic Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding payment transactions. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing, explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way, and provide high-quality service and advice. Your responsibilities include:
  • Provide customer advice and support regarding payment transactions, services, inquiries, and transactions via phone and in writing, and resolve issues competently
  • Support the bank's internal, Switzerland-wide problem management and escalation team
  • Customer advice and support for our products and services throughout Switzerland
