Tasks

Your main responsibility as a Basic Customer Service Representative will be to provide advice and support to our customers in the areas of hosting, cloud services, and security. Specifically, this includes:

• Provide customer support and address customer inquiries regarding hosting, cloud services, security, software, and solutions, and resolve issues independently
• Actively leverage and further develop the existing, technology-driven product portfolio
• Developing customer support for our new products and services
