• Commercial and customer-oriented personality, service, empathy and an open ear for our customers
• Experience in payment transactions, ideally with credit cards and travel requirements or customer advice
• Stable and secure IT skills, ideally with experience in the banking environment
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English an advantage
