Job description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our banking team. As a Basic Customer Advisor, you will support private customers with their concerns. You are the first point of contact for our private customers and can help them achieve their goals with your open and empathetic manner. You are also responsible for managing accounts, payment transactions and credit products.

• Customer and account management: processing private customers, SMEs, concerns and orders efficiently and in a target group-oriented manner
• You process transactions, orders and products and ensure that all processes are carried out correctly
• You are the first point of contact for our private customers and SMEs and support them with their concerns

Requirements

• Friendly and competent to deal with
• Secure payment transactions
• You are a team player and can integrate yourself into our team
• You have experience in the banking sector or have already gained this experience in another industry
• You already have experience with MS Office applications and are confident in using our systems
