We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Thun (m/f) (80–100%) to work in the sales department and help us meet our customers’ needs by engaging in conversations, explaining products, and competently handling customer inquiries.Tasks
- Provide customer advice and support regarding time credits, expenses, inquiries, and cases via telephone, with a focus on in-depth consultation
- Practical application and implementation of the consultation-intensive, technology-neutral product portfolio
