  • Comprehensively and independently handle customer and claims processing in the areas of claims, assets, and vehicles
  • Coordinate and manage claims management by telephone/in person
  • Customer and claims processing from initial contact to final products and services

Requirements

  • 100% workload
  • Language: German/French
  • Duration: Permanent position with fixed working hours
  • Education: Business administration, commercial apprenticeship or comparable training
  • Skills: Computer application in the front office
  • Aptitude for: coordination, organization, communication
