Your new job
Customer and sales focus: You serve as the link between our customers' needs, internal processes, and the bank's internal resources.- You will advise and inform our customers on all standard banking matters and take the necessary steps on their behalf.
- You will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer inquiries related to payment transactions, savings and investment products, as well as loan and guarantee transactions.
- You will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams and ensuring high-quality customer and sales processes.
