We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Zurich / Assistant Team Leader (m/f) (80–100%).

Tasks

- Customer and sales focus: You serve as the link between our customers’ needs, internal processes, and external partners - You handle customer inquiries and independently manage sales and consulting processes - Customers turn to you for all customer-related processes and services - You serve as the link between customers and internal departments

Requirements

- High school diploma, middle school diploma, and federal vocational certificate
