The position of Customer Advisor (80-100%) offers the opportunity to advise and support customers in the areas of pensions, financing and investments. The position is based in the Lake region (Thun-Laupert, Hünibach, Oberhofen and Sigriswil).
Job description
Tasks
- Comprehensive support and advice for customers in our pension areas
- Advice on initial questions relating to financing, investments and pensions
- Supervision of the advice desk and equipment in the self-service zone, such as ATMs, coin and banknote deposit machines and the safe deposit box system
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
- Experience in customer service
- Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
- Customer and service-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills, open-mindedness and resilience as personal strengths
- Category B driving license recommended
