- Advice on initial questions relating to financing, investments and pensions
- Supervision of the advisory desk and equipment in the self-service zone, such as ATMs, coin and banknote counters and the safe deposit box system
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the banking sector
- Experience in customer service
- Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
- Customer and service-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills, open-mindedness and resilience as personal strengths
- Driving license cat. B recommended
