Customer service representative for basic customers

Bank Thalwil Genossenschaft is looking for a customer advisor (60-100%) to support basic customers, with a focus on individual advice and the development of tailor-made solutions. The position requires a completed banking apprenticeship or banking experience, experience in customer advisory services, and an open, winning personality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide individual, needs-oriented, and competent advice during appointments. - You welcome our customers at various locations, carry out a precise needs analysis, and identify potential for suitable solutions. - You will develop and sell tailor-made products and services that meet the requirements of our customers. - You will actively seek opportunities to get involved and develop your skills in a diverse, family-like banking environment.

YOUR PROFILE

- You have completed a banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or have banking experience. - You have experience in customer service. - You have an open and engaging personality and are responsible and reliable. - You are confident and conscientious, responsible and reliable. - You work independently, directly and accurately. - You enjoy working with customers.
