Customer service representative for basic customers

Bank Thalwil Genossenschaft is seeking a customer advisor for retail clients who thrives on direct customer contact and provides expert guidance on financial matters. The position involves offering personalized, needs-based advice during appointments and developing products and services that meet clients’ requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide personalized, needs-based, and expert advice during appointments. - You welcome our customers at various locations, conduct a thorough needs assessment, and identify opportunities for suitable solutions. - You develop and market our products and services to meet our customers’ requirements. - You actively seek opportunities to get involved and grow in a diverse, family-like banking environment.

YOUR PROFILE

- You have completed a banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or have banking experience. - You have experience in customer service. - You are open, communicative, and highly sociable. - You are a confident and engaging person who takes initiative and acts responsibly. - You work independently, directly, and with precision. - You enjoy working in customer-facing roles. - Are a motivating work environment, an open-minded team, and flat hierarchies important to you? - Do you want to take on new challenges while benefiting from targeted development? - Can you identify with our corporate values of “community, reliability, drive, and passion”?
