Customer service representative for basic customers
Bank Thalwil Genossenschaft is seeking a customer advisor for retail clients who thrives on direct customer contact and provides expert guidance on financial matters. The position involves offering personalized, needs-based advice during appointments and developing products and services that meet clients’ requirements.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide personalized, needs-based, and expert advice during appointments. - You welcome our customers at various locations, conduct a thorough needs assessment, and identify opportunities for suitable solutions. - You develop and market our products and services to meet our customers’ requirements. - You actively seek opportunities to get involved and grow in a diverse, family-like banking environment.YOUR PROFILE
