Customer service representative for basic customers
Bank Thalwil Genossenschaft is seeking a customer advisor (60-100%) to advise basic customers and develop products and services. The position requires a completed banking apprenticeship or banking experience, an open and engaging personality, and experience in customer advisory services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide individual, needs-based, and competent advice during appointments. - You welcome our customers at various locations, carry out a precise needs analysis, and identify potential for suitable solutions. - You will develop and market our products and services that meet the requirements of our customers. - You will actively seek opportunities to get involved and develop your skills in a diverse, family-like banking environment.YOUR PROFILE
