Customer service representative for basic customers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide personalized, tailored, and expert advice during appointments.
• You will greet our customers at various locations, conduct a thorough needs assessment, and identify opportunities for suitable solutions.
• You will develop and provide customized products and services that meet our customers' needs.
• You are actively looking for opportunities to get involved and grow in a diverse, family-friendly banking environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or have banking experience.
• You have some experience in customer service.
• You have an open and friendly personality.
• You are a confident and engaging person who takes responsibility and is a natural leader.
• You work independently, directly, and with precision.
• You enjoy working with customers.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in customer service
• Expertise in banking
• Independent and conscientious work ethic
• German (spoken/written)
• English (spoken/written)
