Bank Thalwil Genossenschaft is looking for a customer advisor for basic customers who will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide individual, needs-oriented advice. Your area of responsibility

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and provide individual, needs-oriented and competent advice at appointments.
  • You accompany our careers, carry out a precise needs analysis and recognize potential for possible solutions.
  • You recommend our products and services that meet our customers' requirements.
  • You will set up the correct procedure for counter maintenance and provide our customers with excellent advice and support at various locations (Thalwil, Adliswil, Kilchberg, Langnau am Albis and Kirchberg).
  • You are actively looking for opportunities to get involved and develop in an appreciative, family banking environment.

Your profile

  • You have completed a two-year banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or have banking experience.
  • You have selected experience in advising customers.
  • You have a committed, competent demeanor and an open appearance.
  • You are a self-confident and winning personality who acts responsibly and independently.
  • Your working time is self-determined and direct.
