Customer Service Representative, Digital Payment Solutions Advisory Center for SMEs (60–100%)

Tasks

You will provide our clients with personalized and expert advice on digital payment solutions and assist them in selecting and using the products that offer the greatest potential for success. - With your expertise in digital payment solutions—including EIBCS, TWINT, e-cards, and cards for healthcare providers—you will make a decisive contribution to the team’s success and help shape its development. - You will conduct training sessions for customers and our internal stakeholders, either on-site or via Teams. - You will support a medium-sized, innovative customer-facing team and be responsible for ensuring necessary adjustments, troubleshooting, and providing support.

Requirements

- You have a background in IT or business administration, ideally with some experience in digital payment solutions. - When interacting with customers, you are confident, empathetic, and persistent in solving problems. - When dealing with our internal stakeholders, you make a strong impression with your confident demeanor. - You are an independent, resilient, and solution-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills, and you enjoy interacting with others and working as part of a team. - You bring the dedication and openness needed to help a company grow.
