Customer Service Representative, Business Customer Service Center (80–100%)
St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a customer service representative for its Business Customer Advisory Center to assist clients in a professional and friendly manner and create positive customer experiences. The position is advertised as an 80–100% workload and offers an attractive work environment with flexible hours and the freedom to work independently.
Tasks
You will be the primary point of contact for our business customers, providing them with expert and friendly support both in person and online.- You will efficiently handle general customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- You proactively reach out to existing customers to identify and understand their needs and create added value for our clientele.
- You assess customer inquiries, identify appropriate consulting needs, and forward them in a structured manner to our front-line staff and consultants.
- You build long-term customer relationships by staying actively engaged and addressing individual concerns.
Requirements
- You have relevant professional training and, of course, experience in the commercial and corporate client sector.
- You communicate clearly, empathetically, and persuasively—both on the phone and online.
- You enjoy actively advising customers, work collaboratively, and demonstrate perseverance and the ability to clarify issues.
- You are a team player who works independently and takes the initiative, and you enjoy taking responsibility for your areas of responsibility.
- You have a strong understanding of our business operations.
