That's what you'll achieve

• You will be the primary point of contact for our business and residential customers, providing them with expert and friendly support in both in-person and digital interactions.
• You handle general customer inquiries efficiently and help build customer trust.
• You proactively reach out to existing customers to identify and understand their needs and create added value for our clientele.
• You will classify incoming customer inquiries, identify relevant consulting needs, and forward them in an organized manner to our front- and back-office staff.
• You build long-term customer relationships by engaging in active dialogue, focusing on solutions, and addressing individual concerns.

What you bring with you

• You have completed basic training in banking, and of course have experience working with commercial and corporate clients.
• You communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively—both over the phone and online.
• You enjoy actively advising customers and tackling challenging issues, and you demonstrate perseverance and the ability to clarify matters.
• You are a team player who works independently and takes the initiative, and you enjoy taking responsibility for your areas of responsibility.
• You have a strong commitment to customer service.
