Outbound consulting is no big deal for you—you’re knowledgeable, personable, and have a lighthearted, humorous manner in both phone and digital interactions.

• You handle all general customer inquiries efficiently and with a focus on finding solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• You proactively reach out to existing customers to identify their needs, understand their preferences, seek out suitable solutions, and then propose targeted value-added services for our clientele.
• You will resolve customer issues, identify potential solutions, and continue to scrutinize our front-office processes and systems.
• You build long-term customer relationships by maintaining an active dialogue and addressing individual concerns.

Requirements

• You have a background in banking, ideally with experience in the commercial and corporate banking sector.
• You enjoy actively approaching customers, are a team player, and draw on your degree and strengths.
• You communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively—both over the phone and online.
• You are a team player who works independently and takes the initiative, and you enjoy taking responsibility for your area of responsibility.
• You bring a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly identify and systematically analyze customer needs.
