What you can expect

• Providing advisory services as a customer service representative through telephone and digital communication
• Advisory and sales-oriented activities conducted via telephone and digital communication
• You handle general customer inquiries efficiently and with a focus on finding solutions, thereby ensuring a positive customer experience.
• You proactively reach out to existing customers to provide them with information tailored to their needs, and then offer appropriate advice, thereby creating added value for our customers across the entire bank.
• You will resolve customer issues, identify appropriate consulting options, and help improve our front- and back-office processes.
• You build long-term customer relationships by maintaining an active dialogue and addressing individual concerns.

What you bring with you

• You have basic training in banking, ideally with experience in the commercial and corporate banking sector
• You enjoy actively approaching customers, are a team player, and can effectively present sales pitches during order placement and order fulfillment.
• You communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively—both on the phone and online
• You are a team player who works independently and in a solution-oriented manner and communicates openly
• You bring a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly identify and systematically address customer needs.
