Customer Service Representative, Business Customer Outbound Call Center, 80–100%

St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a customer service representative for its Commercial Customer Advisory Center to provide support and advice to commercial customers and build long-term customer relationships. The role involves communicating with customers via phone and digital channels, handling customer inquiries, and proactively reaching out to existing customers.

Tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for our professional and friendly approach to communication over the phone and online.
  • You handle general customer inquiries efficiently and with a focus on finding solutions, thereby ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • You proactively reach out to existing customers to identify their needs and seek out suitable solutions and offers, ensuring that our customers continue to benefit and that we create added value for them.
  • You will resolve customer issues, identify appropriate solutions, and keep an eye on our front and back offices.
  • You build long-term customer relationships by engaging in active dialogue and addressing individual concerns.

Requirements

  • You have a background in banking, ideally with experience in the commercial and corporate banking sector.
  • You enjoy actively approaching customers, have a confident demeanor, and demonstrate perseverance in your day-to-day work.
  • You communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively—both over the phone and online.
  • You are a team player who works independently and in a solution-oriented manner, and communicates openly about your areas of responsibility.
  • You bring a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly identify and iteratively evaluate customer needs.
