Customer Service Representative, Customer Value Center, 60–100%

Your tasks

• You are the voice of our customers—by phone and email—and in one of the languages (French, Italian, and English) on which the Swiss Bankers online platform is based, as used by the customer service department at Hypothekarbank Lenzburg, and which you are familiar with or have already used.
• You'll help our customers use these features and ensure that everything in our systems and on this platform remains stable and easy to use
• You handle internal and external inquiries directly or coordinate with the second-level support team or back office when the issue becomes complex
• You'll coordinate with the second level or back office when the issue becomes complex

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training, as well as experience in customer service or the service industry (written communication), and proficiency in French and/or English
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, as well as knowledge of French and/or Italian
• Safe Use of Digital Applications
• You stay calm and organized, even when everything is happening at once
• You work reliably, accurately, and are open to new ideas
• You contribute constructively to the team
