Customer Advisor, External Asset Management Switzerland (m/f/d)Your challenge
- Comprehensive support and relationship management for a key client and existing institutional clients (primarily external asset managers) (EAM) in the Zurich area and their end customers
- Proactive, success-oriented expansion of the EAM customer base in the Zurich area
- Careful compliance checks
- Participation in customer events or external specialist events
- Independent preparation and follow-up of customer relationships
- Recording of stock market, foreign exchange, and gold prices
- Participation in or management of cross-departmental specialist projects and processes
Your profile
- Completed banking training
- Good knowledge of corporate law
- Very good user skills in MS Office, Avaloq experience, and SAQ certification are advantageous.
- Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of French and Italian would be an advantage
- Motivated, reliable and team-oriented personality with a high level of initiative and independence
- High customer orientation and service orientation
- Well-groomed manners, confident demeanor and very good communication skills
