Your challenge
- Comprehensive support and assistance for a key client and existing institutional clients (primarily external asset managers (EAM) in the Zurich area) and their end customers
- Proactive, successful expansion of the EAM customer base in the Zurich area
- Careful and compliance clarifications
- Participation in customer seminars or external specialist events
- Independent preparation and follow-up of customer inquiries
- Recording and analysis of stock market, foreign exchange, and gold market movements
- Collaboration and/or management of cross-departmental specialist projects, specialist promotion
Your profile
- Completed banking training
- Good knowledge of corporate law
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office, Avaloq experience, and SAQ certification are advantageous.
- Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of French and Italian would be an advantage
- Motivated, reliable and team-oriented personality with a high level of initiative and independence
- High customer orientation and service orientation
- Polite manners; confident manner and excellent communication skills
