Tasks

• Processing of lease applications from our sales partners throughout Switzerland
• Processing of Files
• Supporting sales partners in connection with order processing
• First point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service in customer interactions
• Putting Our Cultural Values into Practice

Requirements

• Basic business training with several years of relevant experience in the field of vehicle financing, or many years of experience as a sales consultant at a large auto dealership
• CAS Leasing Training Is an Asset
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and its financing operations, as well as expertise in processing vehicle financing transactions
• Communication skills and a customer-focused approach, combined with assertiveness and the ability to work independently and reliably
• Entrepreneurial spirit, a high level of self-motivation, and a strong customer focus
• Fluency in German and French (Italian or any other language is a plus)
