Tasks
- Comprehensive customer advice with a focus on the financing business
- Management of own customer portfolio
- Representation and representation of AEK Bank at public events and vis-à-vis clients
- Providing information by telephone
Requirements
- Completed banking training, ideally supplemented by further practical training
- Several years of experience in customer service
- Good communication skills, winning personality and a flair for engaging with customers
- Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
- Solution and service-oriented way of working
- Ideally, you are based in the Thun region
