Customer Service Representative, Financing (80–100%)
AEK Bank AG in Thun is seeking a competent and service-oriented individual to serve as a customer advisor in the financing division, working 80–100%. The position requires completion of a banking apprenticeship with specialized continuing education, as well as several years of experience in customer advising.
Tasks
- Representing AEK Bank at public events and in dealings with customers
- Providing Detailed Information Over the Phone
Requirements
- Completed banking training, supplemented by specialized continuing education in the banking and finance sector
- Extensive experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills, a charming personality, and a knack for organizing events and client tours
- Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
- Handover and a service-oriented approach
- Residence or headquarters in the Thun region, for the time being
