• Representing and acting on behalf of the bank at public events and in dealings with customers
• Providing information by telephone

Requirements

• Completed banking training, ideally supplemented by subject-specific further training
• Several years of experience in customer service
• Good communication skills, winning personality and a flair for engaging with customers
• Enjoy daily personal customer contact and a high level of quality awareness
• Solution and service-oriented way of working
• Ideally, you are based in the Thun region
