CUSTOMER ADVISOR: FINANCING
Bank EEK is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Advisor, Financing (80-100%), with strong advisory skills and a passion for direct customer contact. The position offers a wide range of responsibilities with decision-making and creative freedom in a professional and motivated team in Bern.
Tasks
- Personal support and long-term management of customer relationships from an existing portfolio
- Independent, comprehensive advice on all financing and real estate matters (mortgages, purchase/sale, taxes, subsequent renovations, permits)
- Analysis and assessment of financing projects, including property valuations, ratings, and risk assessments
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the credit and financing business
- Strong consulting skills, high customer focus, and enjoyment of personal customer contact
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and willingness to take on responsibility
- Basic and advanced training in banking (FH, HW, CAS, DAS, or MAS—completed or in progress)
- Reliable, independent working style and ability to work in a team
