Tasks
- Advising corporate, business and real estate clients competently, solution-oriented and in a spirit of partnership
- Maintaining the relationship with existing customers by understanding their concerns and needs
- Sustainable development of the market in the region and proactive expansion of the customer portfolio
- Independent preparation of loan applications for approval in the Credit Office
- Cross-departmental collaboration, independent work and promotion of cooperation
Requirements
- Solid banking training and completed or ongoing further training in finance / banking
- Proven expertise and experience in corporate credit and mortgage advice
- Negotiation skills in German and strong communication skills in dealing with demanding customers
- Good analytical skills and high understanding of financial ratios
- Strong service orientation, integrity and good network in the region
- Entrepreneurial, far-sighted thinking and action
- Team player with a winning demeanor and positive attitude
